How do I earn Free Shipping?

Clear Givings offers free shipping to U.S. addresses for orders over $70 after eligible coupons or sales are applied, and that includes Hawaii and Alaska! Tax is not included in the order total. (Certain items, including some furniture, mattresses, and heavily weighted items such as equipment, fluids are exempt from free shipping. In these circumstances, shipping costs are determined by our vendors)

For orders under $70, Clear Givings provides flat rate shipping for $8.99 (with the exceptions of furniture, mattresses, and heavily weighted items such as equipment, fluids. In these circumstances, shipping costs are determined by our vendors).

For shipments to Canada, fees are based on the cost to ship the item, dependent on the weight of the shipment and the location it’s being shipped to. Clear Givings does not cover any duties incurred that must be paid upon delivery. Clear Givings currently only provides shipments to the U.S. and Canada.

How do my products get to me?

Clear Givings is a marketplace where ethical and sustainable brands can sell their products. Items purchased on Clear Givings are shipped by the brand who made them. If you ordered multiple items, your order will arrive in more than one shipment. Once an item ships, you'll receive a tracking number for each package via email. If you have questions about your order, please reach out to us via email at info@cleargivings.org.  We will get back to you with an answer as quickly as we can.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Since items ship directly from the company that made the item(s) you ordered, the time it takes you to receive them will depend on that company’s processes. Clear Givings does not guarantee shipments arrival times. However, most packages should be received within 5 – 10 business days, if not sooner. If you think your package is delayed too much, or if you have any other issues, we want to help!  Please feel free to contact us at info@cleargivings.org.  

My tracking # says my package was delivered, but it never arrived on my doorstep. What can I do?

We offer shipping services from USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL. If you choose to ship your package with one of the services that doesn’t include insurance and something happens to your package in shipping, we are not liable for the damage or loss. If your package is delivered and tracking information says it was delivered to your address there isn’t anything we can do to help you if it goes missing. Please reach out to the carrier, if you have insurance on your package you can file a claim and replace it up to the value of the insurance included. We are a small business and want to gain your repeat business so please make sure you choose what you are comfortable with when it comes to shipping.

If your package is damaged in shipping we will do our best to replace it, if you have insurance with your order please send pictures of the box when received so we can have that information for the claim.

First Class Package service(USPS) does not come with insurance, only tracking. If you want insurance please choose Priority mail or we can add on insurance for an additional fee.

We do ship to Canada, shipping Hemp CBD is still a grey area for many placesoutsideof the U.S and if your order is not delivered due to local customs or government holding the shipment we can’t be responsible for refunding your order. It is your responsibility to be aware of your local government regulations and realize that we are not liable for orders not making it to you because of customs.

How can I track my order?

When you buy something from Clear Givings, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with tracking information.

When will my order ship?

Orders are shipped straight from the manufacturers to your door.  Because of this, shipping times and methods may vary for each product. Shipping time estimates can be found on each product page. We can ship many of our products to Canada. At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside of Canada.

Restricted Goods

Under dangerous goods regulations we are currently unable to ship the following items outside the mainland United States.

       Perfumes - including Eau De Parfum, Eau De Toilette and Energy Mists.

       Nail Polish

       Nail Polish Remover

       Room Mists

       Hair Spray

       Scent Diffusers

       High alcohol content products

The purchaser must ensure that the items ordered can be imported to their country. We do not take responsibility for items refused by customs in the delivery country.

Customs:

Please be aware: Customs fees may be charged when arriving in your country. These are at the cost of the receiver. For returns on international items due to customs, the customer will only be refunded product costs for shipment not showing, but will not be refunded shipping costs. Refund will be issued as a store credit upon receiving products back to our vendors.

We are unable to ship to APOs and FPOs. 

How do I make a return/exchange? I'm a Canadian customer.

The following conditions apply to returns for orders placed with Clear Givings:

  1. Goods may be returned for refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt. 
  2. Returned items must not be worn, soiled or damaged in any way, and must be ‘as sold’.   
  3. Please complete the Returns Form provided with your item(s) and include this in your returns package.
  4. Goods must be packaged securely in either the original package or a new secure mail bag to ensure they are not damaged in transit.
  5. The responsibility and liability of the goods remains with the customer until we / or our vendors are in receipt of the goods. We recommend you return by registered post. 
  6. Goods are returned to us at the cost of the customer. 
  7. Customers using DHL as a courier service will receive a DHL label in their parcel allowing them to access a fixed rate return amount of $7.64 which is payable at the point of handing over the goods to the courier/branch. If a customer decides not to use the label provided, return charges may be higher.
  8. Customers exchanging goods will not be charged delivery charges on their new order. Your credit/debit card, or PayPal will be credited once item(s) are received and are in appropriate condition.

Cancel Order

If you need to cancel an order you have already placed, please email us with the subject "Cancel My Order" and Order #. Order cancellations must be made within 24 hours from order placement. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Incorrect address submission

Please make sure to carefully review your shipping and billing address before placing your order. Incorrect address submissions may result in delayed delivery, or returned packages. In the event of the package being returned to Clear Givings due to an incorrect or incomplete address being provided, the package will not be reshipped until a 15% restocking and shipping fee is paid by the customer.

Missing items

Items that arrive damaged, missing or incorrect must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide pictures of the packing slip as well as items received. Once your claim has been submitted for review and approval, we will further assist you in correcting the issue.
